But, of course, I wouldn't ever recommend that you only do one exercise.Drop the 3x12 and drop to something like a 3x5/5x5 -- you'll instantly put big pounds on the bar and spare your CNS down the road.Edit: I just put in 12 at 225 into a 1 Rep max calculator and it has you at 320. Why tf are you doing 36 reps at 225 instead , of way, way heavier weight?
