I got Antwon Mitchell!If you are training for a competition and need to train cleans super heavy then I would suggest finding a gym that has some bumper plates, sometimes a local high school will have these if you can talk your way in there.If it is (which I don't recommend, the blues/grays you have now work better), it needs to be integrated into visual elements on the site, not just some links.I can't believe it was the 6th post before someone brought that up- this truly is the O35 forum!Then again, sometimes I think that I need to try things outside my comfort zone and that if I substitute in too many things, it'll still be *a* program but not the PHAT program.
